Skilled Nursing Services Include:

• Comprehensive Health Assessments: Regular evaluations of your child's overall health, growth, and developmental progress
• Wound Care: Sterile dressing changes, wound measurement and documentation, infection prevention, and healing optimization
• Intravenous (IV) Therapy: When prescribed, administration and monitoring of IV medications and fluids
• Central Line Care: Maintenance, flushing, and dressing changes for PICC lines, ports, and other central venous access devices
• Seizure Monitoring & Response: Observation, documentation, and emergency intervention for children with seizure disorders
• Post-Surgical Care: Skilled nursing support during recovery from surgical procedures

We Facilitate Access To:

Medication Management

Safe, Accurate Administration of Your Child's Medications

Many medically fragile children require complex medication regimens—sometimes involving numerous medications given at precise times through various routes. Our licensed nurses ensure every dose is administered safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Medication Management Services Include:

• Oral Medications: Pills, liquids, and dissolvable medications administered with proper technique
• Injections: Subcutaneous and intramuscular injections including insulin, growth hormone, and other prescribed medications
• Intravenous Medications: When ordered, IV push and infusion medications through appropriate access
• Topical Applications: Medicated creams, ointments, patches, and wound treatments
• Inhaled Medications: Nebulizer treatments, metered-dose inhalers, and other respiratory medications
• Rectal & Other Routes: Emergency medications and other prescribed alternative routes
